gonna be traveling for work for a week,, most hotels have at least a treadmill so that should be ok,, but i'll be in seminars and meetings mosty of the day,, the diet is gonna be hard to maintain,, my question is this is there anything type of protein bars that arent so high in carbs and sugar that i can use to replace one or 2 of the snacks,, i really dont want to eat 3 times a day only next week,, so i need something i can carry in my pocket and eat quicky whille in the meeting
