Just wondering what most of you do.
When I come up with my meal plans, I add up macros and try to hit my targets for the day. I calculate overall calories based on the nutritional info on the food packaging. My issue is the total calories added up based on the food label vs. total calories I calculate by adding up macros is never the same - in fact my most recent one is off by 150 calories.
We all know macros are never 100% anyway; so do most of you err on the side of MORE or LESS calories?
