So I just ate a second lunch. And I decided to have 1 chicken breast with a baked potato. I usually will cook the chicken breast on my goerge forman grill, and bake the potato for about a half hour then microwave it for another 10 mins.
Then I was thinking to myself lets try something else! So I cut the potato in half, put it in a bowl of water, placed a plate over the bowl, then placed the chicken breast on that plate, then placed a bowl over it.
I set the microwave for 10 mins and OMG!! The baked potato and chicken breast were both cooked to perfection!! The chicken was nice white and juicy, it was almost falling apart it was so tender, the baked potato was plump and soft to the touch! No flipping of chicken, no pamming of pans, no turning of potatos, and best of all no mess to clean up!!
Just thought I'd share this with you all!
