    Hidden carbs in this meal?

I had to leave the office unexpectedly this after noon and had to eat lunch on the road. I had a burrito bowl at Chipotle with just chicken, grilled veggie mix (red onions and green peppers), and guacamole.

Any carbs hidden in that meal that I might not be aware of (other than the green veggies)?

Mine was just chicken, peppers/onions and guac. Nothing else. Not sure if you got those totals from a website that gives nutrition values for their menu items, but if so, I can't find it. Got a link?

730mg. Still a bit higher than I would have liked. It's probably from the chicken marinade and guac.

Check out this website it's great for tracking cals, and macronutrients. I use it everyday, I just enter what I want to eat to see how it will effect my daily goal, or I enter it in after I've eaten.

    Great for bodybuilders!
