    Diet While on Deca + Test?

    I'm gonna starting a 10 week Deca and Test cycle. I really want to optimize my gains and put on some good quality mass with out a lot of fat and still maintain some striation, vascularity, and definition (sounds like an oxymoron huh?). What would a good diet for the 10 weeks I'm on and post cycle??

    Just eat clean and lots of it.

    How bout this... What would good foods be for a diet that is a cross between a cutting diet and a bulking diet? Or is that even possible

    veggies, brown rice, yams, potatoes, chicken breast, turkey breast, lean red meat, fish, peanut butter, eggs, tuna, flaxseed oil, oatmeal, whole wheat bread, whole wheat bagels, fruit (in moderation), yogurt, cottage cheese, milk...............and so on.

    The only difference in a cutting diet and a bulking diet is the amount of calories. No matter what you should eat clean, just change up the amount you eat.
