Hey guys/gals, Im new to the forum. Id like some help or sugestions setting up a diet diet for myself. Id like to get to about 180/185lbs. Iam currently 170lbs and workout 4 to 5 times a week. My height is 5'8. I'd like to put on mostly muscle but look good and not be too bulky some bulk is ok dont need to be super lean.
As far as supplements iam currently taking:
NO Explode/Pre
Cellmass/Post. Along with Oprimum Nutrition 100% whey
I also take a mutivitimin evry morning.
Any suggestions you may have try a be budget friendly currently between jobs.
