if your tryin to cut then simple sugars pwo wouldnt be the best
a low GI carb like oats or such would be best bet
You don't need simple carbs pwo ever imo. The chance that you are completely depleting your glycogen stores is slim to none unless your an endurance athlete i.e marathon runner. Also your not going to replenish glycogen stores in one meal so stick to simple carbs and stay lean well bulking.
