Bulking diet - Fast food, better than nothing?

Currently i happen to travel a lot, and the only restaurants in mid-flight are fast foods. so is it better for bulking to add have an extra meal of junk food or not to eat at all for 4 hours till i get back home?

occasional fast food is ok that means 2 or 3 x a month

Agree with you completely. A mate of mine is eating maccas once a day to put on weight as part of his bulking diet. Its hard for him to do 10 mins of cardio and he gets through half of what he normally used to lifting weights... not good

Fast food diet is horrendous on the body, but yeah it can't hurt on your cheating day.
