Goals- Lean up but gain 10-15 lbs muscle
Diet prior to cycle
Meal 1- 6 egg whites, 1 yolk, Cup oatmeal, with whey
Work out
Meal 2- Shake (whey with some fruit, scoop peanut butter)
Meal 3- Greek Yogurt, blue berries and raw almonds
Meal 4- Chicken Breast, brown rice, spinach salad
Meal 5- Syntha Shake
Meal 6- Steak, Sweet Potato, Broccoli
Meal 7- Casein Shake or Another Yogurt.
What are your recommendations to changing. Meal 5 is tough as I am always on the go.
