I have a question.How can I get 300 gms of protein a day the least expensive way?I know its gonna cost some but I'm on tight buget.Maybe someone can help me with a diet plan.I don't need to lose any weight (I;ve already lost 44 LBS since march I'm going 1 shot a week of sus 1cc Mixed In same shot with 1 cc of laurabolan.Whats my best diet plan to bulk up?
