    Hello Everyone

    I have a question.How can I get 300 gms of protein a day the least expensive way?I know its gonna cost some but I'm on tight buget.Maybe someone can help me with a diet plan.I don't need to lose any weight (I;ve already lost 44 LBS since march I'm going 1 shot a week of sus 1cc Mixed In same shot with 1 cc of laurabolan.Whats my best diet plan to bulk up? Thanks all.

    Milk, eggs, canned chicken, tuna, canned lowfat chili, peanut butter, peanuts, almonds all cheap and good source for protein

    Where are the priorities .... hehe

    Remeber Brother diet is 80% your results .... even on Anabolics ...

    The list above should give you a rough idea ... Shop things on SALE ... chicken can get as low as 50 cents a lb for whole chicken ..... steaks like Top Sirloin or round steaks get cheap as well .... check your local papers for SALES ....

    Sorry couldn't resist. The answers here are very accurate. When shopping for tuna opt for flake light packed in water. I know PBNYC eats tasty albacore tuna but we're not all rich bastards like him The flake light is very fishy tasting and extremely dry, but it has 30g per can and cost about $.50 a can. If you mix it with a small tin of pineapples it's much better. Even mixing in fat free mayo or mustard helps.
