    what should my diet be on these foods

    can i make a diet out of the following:

    eggs
    bread peanut butter
    milk
    protein shakes
    tuna
    pasta

    i know i might get heavily flamed for this, but these are the only foods i consistently have. i have never put together a diet before and have always eaten until i am full and just estimate on the kcals and protein. can it be done?

    Check out the stickies....and consistently start buying other foods to add to this....

    bread peanut butter bread is not the greatest, Ezekiel bread is good however. As for the PB try get your hands on natural PB, I have it before bed
    milk Some dislike it, others live by it. I'm cutting it out again to see the difference in my body
    protein shakes PWO only is recommended, on the exception that you have casein protein which is great before bed

    pasta good if its whole wheat some alternatives that are cheap and you can buy in bulk are oats and brown rice

    See if you can add some chicken and beef in there. I buy my chicken in bulk and freeze it, the beef I buy it fresh becuase it does get a bit tough if left in the freezer for to long. Along with some fish oils and nuts your good to go with a nice diet

    Yes, a boring diet that you'll most likely get tired of and quit. Also, what are your goals? Why do you consistently have only those ingredients? Try some variety, it'll keep you sane:

    brown rice
    oats
    yams
    sweet potato
    chicken breast
    lean beef
    salmon
    turkey

    and what about veggies? Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, Spinach, Asparagus, etc. What about fats? Aside from the eggs and PB, you have none listed. Olive Oil, Nuts, Avacado, etc.
