I know that it makes you hold water weight, look bloated, and it puts extra stress on your heart due to the water the tissue around your heart holds. Anything else?
That being said how much sodium a day is bad? What should I look to take in a day? How long does it take to flush say 500mg of sodium out of your system?
I was thinking I could ignore sodium till I'm done bulking then drink as much water as possible to flush it out if it doesnt take too long. Right now I drink about 1.5 gallons of water a day and I'm pretty cut. I've been keeping my sodium low but it's hard to find low sodium foods on a regular.
