    Sample meal and others ??'s

    Ok just a quick couple questions here. Dont want to get invovled in too much detail, before i get everything in order and then ill post entire diet.

    So first thing is good sample meal here for a cut diet.

    4-6 oz Chicken breast/salmn/ahi tuna
    4 oz Green beans
    2 oz Almonds
    1 tbsp low sodium soy

    Thats the base of my diet so far. Not finished so thats why im not posting yet. But i would like to also add some mushrooms to the green beans. Is this a bad idea??

    Another question would be, is it still ok to have a lean beef meal for the last meal of the day? Or should i just stay away from lean meat all together?

    LAst question, if doing cardio after a workout. I should have my protein shake while doing the carido or wait until im done?

    Sound like a newbie i know, just trying to cover my basis.

    4 oz Green beans these are fibrous carbs I like them but I have read around the forum and people have said they have a lot of natural sugar in them, therefore may not be ideal for cutting, I have used them while cutting and still managed to cut well
    2 oz Almonds Almonds are good as an addition to your PWO meals they have EFA's in them so you could have tuna and almonds for example making it a protien and fat meal
    1 tbsp low sodium soy

    Another question would be, is it still ok to have a lean beef meal for the last meal of the day? Or should i just stay away from lean meat all together? Sure is alright, it is a slow digesting protein so I use it at the end of the day so it stays with me for a while. Just make sure it is lean and you adjust it properly into your diet as it does have a bit of fat in it nonetheless

    LAst question, if doing cardio after a workout. I should have my protein shake while doing the carido or wait until im done? I have it while I jump on my cardio or before

    Everyone needs to know a few things, that's why your here so ask away. Calculate your BMR and TDEE, then post up a diet. Im sure there everyone will be more than willing to help you out. all the best

    thanks frodo! I have posted a diet before few months back for a bulk. Trying to cut now for the summer. Big help though thanks alot

    ^^^^ no problem dude, but for with what mg says with the shake, I'm going to take it when i have done my cardio PWO too now lol. But judging on the fact that you want to take in green beans I'm guessing your not going to go on a Keto diet are you??

    Not a keto diet, just trying to put together a good normal cut. Starting out basic for now. See what i can get out of it.
