4 oz Green beans these are fibrous carbs I like them but I have read around the forum and people have said they have a lot of natural sugar in them, therefore may not be ideal for cutting, I have used them while cutting and still managed to cut well
2 oz Almonds Almonds are good as an addition to your PWO meals they have EFA's in them so you could have tuna and almonds for example making it a protien and fat meal
1 tbsp low sodium soy
Thats the base of my diet so far. Not finished so thats why im not posting yet. But i would like to also add some mushrooms to the green beans. Is this a bad idea??
Another question would be, is it still ok to have a lean beef meal for the last meal of the day? Or should i just stay away from lean meat all together? Sure is alright, it is a slow digesting protein so I use it at the end of the day so it stays with me for a while. Just make sure it is lean and you adjust it properly into your diet as it does have a bit of fat in it nonetheless
LAst question, if doing cardio after a workout. I should have my protein shake while doing the carido or wait until im done? I have it while I jump on my cardio or before
