Just finished bulking ready to cut!
Ok i have now finished a couple of months of putting on some bulk and i want to get cut up now for the summer time , but i need a good diet and some guidance .?

216 pounds
13% bodyfat
i want to go down to maybe 208 pounds pretty lean,visible 6 pack.
right now im doing around 3500 -4000 cals a day. I just need some beginners guidance on how about to go on this cutting stage.

Meal 1
2 full eggs, 6 egg whites, whole weat toast, 2 cups of oats
Meal 2
a can of tuna and one banana
Meal 3
Shake (550cals)
Meal 4
Stir fry usually , whole wheat pasta, 8 oz chicken , green peppers
Meal 5
Shake
Meal 6
8 oz chicken , with potatatoe and asparagus
Meal 7
can of tuna,glass of milk,whole wheat bagel .

So was this your bulk diet?
First meal looks good.
I think they will say that you should either change the banana in the second meal to another carb like rice or sweet potato or oat meal or something else or have some fats and vegetables instead.
What is in the shake in the third meal?
Is Meal 5 PWO? Do you have only protein in the shake or some carbs also?
Some would probably say skip the milk but I donīt know. I donīt get fat from milk.
Hope you will get better answers when the other guys are awake.
