im takin t-3 and clenbuterol i read on this forum that i will lose a lot of muscle what can i take that will keep the muscle but let the other two steroids do thier job... thanks for your info

ok t-3 is not a steroid...clenbuterol however is..now all i want is a answer to my question not a smart ass remark....what can i take with them so i will continue loseing weight but not loose the muscle it is burning up....and i need names not abreviations like "AS" that helps me none your right i am inexperenced.

One more thing,I dont think clen is a steroid-I looked on the main page and read it through and through and I still do not remember reading that it said it was any type of a hormone or anabolic steroid--hence "AS"

First off, no clenbuterol is NOT a steroid, and taking clen and t-3 by itself is definetly not a good idea. Just the clen with an over the counter fat burner or eca would be good enough. But your diet has to be good to with some cardio. besides the fact that you are to young to be using any of these. You're 18, work on your diet, and add some cardio to your workouts, hang around the boards here and learn a few things.
