Help! I love processed deli meats!

    Hey All,

im currently on a cutting cycle, taking Clenbuterol and Taurine for the first time, and have experienced some impressive results. It has helped that i have a food delivery service designed around a maximum caloric intake and regular balanced pro/carb/fat mix.

However... i like to change up the program a bit, and take a week to make my own food... believe me... its a LOT easier on the wallet when you do that. And in doing so i try to keep it nice and simple... eggwhite scramble in the morning, prot. bars for in-between meal meals, lean steak with yams and vegs for dinner.. the general mix... BUT... i absolutely LOVE deli meat sanwiches.

Now, i know well enough to stay away from the corned beef, and stick to the turkey breast category but i also know these processed meats are filled with sodium and preservatives... Seeing as i've never seen a Turkey Sandwich on anyone's diet plan... ever... im guessing they are not that productive on our quests for physical glory, but i wanted your input.

Is there any sources of deli meats that are not filled with this junk? Is a turkey breast sandwich once a day really detrimental to my progress?

Is there any way of making my own deli meats? (other then roasting chicken breast and putting it in a sandwich... thats called a chicken sandwich thanks, lol)

I'd really like to know... because for me, its extremely convenient to just buy one of those big deli meat slabs and slice up my own fresh sandwich every day.

Your thoughts and creative solutions would be much appreciated!

Hey funone... great post, i think i'll reply to it! lol

Kidding folks... thought i'd add some new found knowledge to this thread in case anyone else is looking for answers... just came across a youtube video on how to make turkey pastrami. Basically smoke seasoned turkey breasts and slice... the instructions call for a ridiculous amount of salt, but seeing as you would be making it... just leave it out. Any takers??? now to find a smoker.
