currently, my diet consists of anything i can get my hands on. i feel terrible saying this, but it is the truth.
i currently weigh 253 pounds. im athletic so i got some muscle to back it up...but im still fat. my goal is to at least hit 215 by the middle of summer.
my body can lose weight real easy, but it can also GAIN weight real easy so i believe i can achieve my goal with a proper diet.
i have a solid lifting and cardio plan with my coaches.
can someone help me get my act/diet together? please!?
