    Incomplete Proteins

I wanted to know whats the general rule about what incomplete proteins mix together to be complete. Also I read that they don't neccesarily need to be eaten in the same meal because the actual breakdown of the protein can take several hours to fully be broken down. I was hoping someone could elaborate on this more as I find it very interesting...

    thanks

I'm certain you can find what you're looking for with a simple google search. That said, the 2 i'm aware of are PB + Wheat Bread, and rice + beans (not sure if it has to be a specific rice and bean?).

Yes, they do not necessarily have to be eaten together, but should be eaten relatively close in time (within the same day?) to ensure the amino acids have the chance to combine and form that complete protein we're looking for.

Yeah I tried the google search all I could really got was mix grains or nuts with beans, lentils, peanuts and mix any plant with animal (complete) proteins. Most of the information was pretty rough around the edges I was hoping I could get an expert to hit me with some knowledge
