I have tackled down 2 massive kinder surprise eggs, I almost swallowed the surprise inside to that's how exited I was.
I watched everyone else eat the sugar-laden good stuff (and they sent home a plate of cupcakes with my kids...arghh) and just had turkey breast and a couple of deviled eggsAh, the things I give up to get slim...but being smaller is alot more rewarding to me than wonderful tasting food that makes me fat.
I was having a relatively good weekend until Easter rolled around... I had 6 pork ribs (lathered in sugary bbq sauce), some hot wings, beer, kilbasa, cold cuts, whole milk, a cookie, cake... UGH!
Got to hit the cardio hard as hell this week! Hopefully i'll feel good and strong in the gym tomorrow though from the excess food.
Yeah, this all sounds like what I did and how I now feel. lol
I was doing good until Easter rolled around too. I had some chocolate, cake, whole milk as well, sausage, (too many) potatoes, white bread (ugh), etc..
Now I'm bloated from too much food and water retention (too much sodium) and feel a little guilty. haha
Oh well, I'll be doing the same thing and doing some extra cardio this week!
Still feeling bloated from all the cheeses & dry sausage,chicken culet parm,wine,3 dishes of pasta& cake the whole cake...thought it was a good idea to eat what ever I wanted today!!! I guess everyones right lots of cardio this wk & the rest of the month.![]()
Since everyone else is confessing......
Yesterday it was hot dogs, chips, and cupcakes. Today it was ham, potato salad, rolls, cake, and choclate. Tomorrow it will be 15 miles on the bike, and 2 or 3 miles on the treadmill. Back to the diet we go.
Alright, here goes:
- 5 servings peanut M&Ms
- 4 servings smoked almonds
- About 12 oz. honey ham
- About 20 oz. roasted turkey
- about 8 oz. strip steak
- 2 cups roasted green beans
- 2 cups roasted sweet potato
- 1 cup candied turnips
- 1 cup creamed lentils
- 8 oz. grilled chicken
- 1 drumstick ice cream cone thing
- 15 vanilla wafers
- 3 cups of soy milk
- 1 serving banana pudding
- 1 snickers bar
- 2 reese's peanut butter cups
- 2 oz. pecan-covered nougat
- 2 bananas
- 1 can smoked oysters
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1 carton liquid egg whites
Yup, that's what I ate on Easter. I knew it was gonna be bad and I'm not currently cutting, so I said, what's the harm. It had been so long, I forgot how the day after feels. Oh well!
