12:00- 2 breaded chicken breasts, cottage cheese and brown slice bread
2:00- tin of tuna eather with pasta or pitta bread with mixed nuts and banana
4:00- baked beans on toast with apple
6:30 - usually a meaty meal but varies from night to night
7:30 train
9:00 weight gainer shake 44g protean 22g carbs
10:30 bed
