    Can I start a ketogenic diet durring a cycle ????????????????

    On week 6 of 15 week test E, mast and EQ cycle. around 12-14%Bf. Eating just above matinence and doing cardio to cut. I wanted to try a keto diet but not sure if the 12 day no carb would be good durring cycle. I would imagine I will feel like shit till im in it for a couple weeks. Any thoughts? I also dont want to look like a fat man that just dropped 80lb overnight with skin hanging everywhere. I have read good and bad reviews on keto diets including the sticky wich recommends not doing it. Any thoughts on that? thanks.

    If you run a good keto diet properly, continue to train hard, and do cardio - you could literally cut your body fat % in half before you finish your cycle. That said, understand, you'd hinder your gains big time. Some can gain without carbs, some can't - even with gear.

    My advice would be, don't find out. Eat plenty of clean carbs and gain like a madman. Continue to eat above TDEE with carbs through PCT and then cut. Everyone is so impatient but come on, doing a cycle is a big deal and it's just plain stupid not to get the best gains possible out of it.

    I agree 100% with Damien here - take full advantage of being on a cycle - I think most people would agree that a diet relatively high in carbs is better for bulking/adding mass as compared to a keto diet.

    Revisit the idea of the keto diet after your PCT if you're still interested.
