On week 6 of 15 week test E, mast and EQ cycle. around 12-14%Bf. Eating just above matinence and doing cardio to cut. I wanted to try a keto diet but not sure if the 12 day no carb would be good durring cycle. I would imagine I will feel like shit till im in it for a couple weeks. Any thoughts? I also dont want to look like a fat man that just dropped 80lb overnight with skin hanging everywhere. I have read good and bad reviews on keto diets including the sticky wich recommends not doing it. Any thoughts on that? thanks.
