Beef or no?
I heard a good snack to eat is a stick of real beef jerkey not a slim Jim. I've been eatin jack links jerkey and one stick is 23 grams of protein with virtually no fat. Is this a good snack inbetween meals. As far as a muscle building snack and just an overall healthy food source
