White Bread vs Whole Wheat Bread

Hey guys I was wondering the difference of these too. I know the whole wheat bread have more fiber less fat and fewer cals. But how about the difference regarding for example the whole wheat flour and the enriched flour?

Some breads in the market make their prouct and saids it is 100% whole wheat bread (and its made by whole wheat flour). Others said "whole wheat" and their made by ENRICHED whole wheat flour. What are the differences? Does it harm our diet if we consume normal white bread?

There are a couple long thread regarding bread brother ... do a quick search on this board ...

and just to quickly answer a question ...

Whole grains are much more nutritious than that of plain white flour ..... so we prefer Whole grain ... if we eat bread at all that is ....hehe

Alot of Wheat bread .... isn't WHOLE WHEAT ... check your package ... there are even brown colored white flour breads ...

I suggest staying away from any products that are questionable on your part ....

I suggest WHOLE GRAIN if your going to eat bread ... rye ... oat ... There are many good breads ... they are easy to spot when you read your labels .... just watch OZ serving size and calories to fat ratios //// good luck
