    Protein sources!?!?

So I'm in a bit of a rut really, my diet consists mostly of Chicken + Steak as my main source of protein, but I'm sick to death of munching on Chicken breasts and am looking for replacements.

I CANT physically eat most fish, so that's a big no.

    Any input appriciated

turkey (ground turkey, turkey breasts, etc.)

    eggs

pork (I don't eat it, but it is a source of protein)

dairy products, seeds and nuts, beans (you have to eat a variety of these to get the protein you need, but they are sources of protein that you can add into your diet for variety).

Sometimes I eat veggie burgers (depending on the brand, they can be a source of soy or vegetable protein with low fat and carbs).

Hmmm thanks, never thought of veggie burgers, pretty good idea to throw some variety in. And I'll definitely add turkey + beans in too lol. Cheers for the help

Learn to cook and you won't ever get sick of anything. I have endless recipes for lean meatloaf, casseroles, and meat stews. I also do various BB acceptable marinades, pestos, and stuffings for my chicken breasts.
