guys, i have been on this cutting diet for almost a month now 3 1/2 weeks id say, and my weight bounces around 212-214, weighted myself last night i was 217, like what the hell........??.... i am taking in on average 2700 cals a day, lower on the carbs, more on the protein and fat, my split now i would say is 50% protein, 30% carbs, 20% fat. I am tring to get to 200, and now it seem like i am never going to get there.
What should my cardio look like, because right now i am doing cardio 45mins or so every workout, so 5 sometimes 6 days a week, and i burn on average 800-1100, depending how hard i go, but thats the average. I sweat quite a bit, but not winded I can still hold a convo with someone if need be, so is the intensity good enough??
I am eating 6-7 meals a day, i keep my carb intake higher in the early morning, like breakfast and morning snack, and since i dont do much at work, keep the carb intake lower, pre-workout i have a tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread, to get some carbs in me prior to workout, then dinner and later at night, i keep the complex carbs lower, substituting with fibrous carbs instead.
i mean, i seem to be doing all the right thing, but the weight as i said goes from 213 to friggan 218 the next day, like how is that possible??? I am taking in about 300g protein a day (which i should be) and about 60g fat.
my BMR is 2021 and TDEE is 3271.....i am cutting, so 3271-500 = 2751....i am taking in just about that, but yet i dont feel like i am doing something right...
please advise me guys, i am like getting desperate here. I take in all good foods, for example, April 7, this is what i took in
2794 cals
66g fat
200g carbs
343g protein
i assure you, all the food i took in that day were all good, and on average, i am taking this in, so what is my issue here???
for being on this for almost a month, i dont get why i am bouncing around rather than gradually loose weight
