6' 205 around 15%bf been off aas and sup for over a year i heard there is a prime diet or cyclic ketogenic diet i just change my diet to fish, broccoli, almonds, and pro/shake please help vary dedicated follow directions with perfect adherence oh and i'm trying to prime for a test p and deca 4 weeks on 4-6 weeks off i have been told pct is minimal and can expect to keep 5-10 lbs of lean muscle with every cycle but i for got what the program is called any info would be greatly appreciated
