At what time in the day due you workout (which meal # is your preworkout)? When you prime you are essentially lower your bodyfat and setting your body up to be very anabolic before an aas cycle. I had great success w/ this last summer and was able to get down to around 8% BF during the prime and then gain 20 lbs and only gain 2% BF during my cycle. The key to the prime is having three low carb days (~150g carbs for me) followed by a refeed day (~300g carbs for me). These numbers can change from person to person, especially depending on stats. Just for reference my stats during this time were: 190 lbs @ 10% at the start of the prime, 181 lbs @ 8% BF at the end of the prime, and then 200 lbs @ 10% BF at the end of my aas cycle. During your low carb days you want to take in your carbs in the 3 meals, breakfast, pre workout, and pwo. On refeed days you eat tons of carbs (still low GI, complex carbs w/ maybe a little fruit) in every meal except your before bed meal. Hope this helps!

how long did you cycle your carbs(prime)?

    how long was your cycle?

and how much of that 19lbs did you keep after pct?

i am very interested in doing this same thing (a 6 week cycle of tes prop and dbol)...

I primed for 3-4 months and my cycle of Test Prop and oral winstrol was a 9 week cycle. I kept about 12 lbs after PCT, I think I could have kept more but I broke my foot right before PCT so I wasn't able to train legs (I hold a lot of weight in that area). You can probably get away w/ only priming for 2 months or so but I chose a longer time in order to lose the fat more slowly (less likely to loose muscle). If I were you I wouldn't run the dbol as it more than likely will add a lot of water weight to you after your prime. Masteron, winstrol, or anavar would be ideal w/ the test prop. Note, I only added around 50g of carbs to my low days during my cycle and I still gained a lot of weight.

12lbs very nice for 9 weeks considering you couldnt train legs. good job. My next question for you was what did your diet change to when you went ON...

you still cycled carbs, you just added 50 to the low days or you just stayed consistant and added 50 ?

during my prime I at 50g of carbs for breakfast, pre workout, and pwo on my low days...while I was on cycle simply added around 50g of carbs in my "lunch" meal and kept the other meals the same, so around 200g of carbs on the day. My refeed days stayed the same as when I was priming (around 300g carbs) and I had 2 refeed days per week. The key strict diet and frequent cardio sessions. I did 20min of low intensity cardio after my workouts 5 days a week and normally did 1-2 days of fasted state cardio 1st thing in the morn.
