The key to the prime is having three low carb days (~150g carbs for me) followed by a refeed day (~300g carbs for me). These numbers can change from person to person, especially depending on stats. Just for reference my stats during this time were: 190 lbs @ 10% at the start of the prime, 181 lbs @ 8% BF at the end of the prime, and then 200 lbs @ 10% BF at the end of my aas cycle. During your low carb days you want to take in your carbs in the 3 meals, breakfast, pre workout, and pwo. On refeed days you eat tons of carbs (still low GI, complex carbs w/ maybe a little fruit) in every meal except your before bed meal. Hope this helps!
