    Is this ok to do?

    I hate egg whites and canned tuna. I gag at the thought of it. Tuna, I will throw up. I already asked someone about this and they said to substitute it with something else so here it goes.

    Is it ok to have 1-2 scoops protein (isopure zero carb/25g pro per scoop)
    with 1/2-3/4 cups of ground up oats as a meal instead of eggs or tuna? i would onle be drinking this about twice a day. I know real food is better but I cant do the eggs or tuna.

    tha would be about 38g pro and 40g cabs and 5.5g of fat.
    I can add fish oil to it to up the fat im missing from eggs

    well not really mate....im the same with tuna, fuken hate the stuff......but eggs are prob staple in anyones training diet LOL....why not try drinking egg whites or using the whole egg (adds alot more taste).......chicken,steak,salmon etc.....no one says you have to eat eggs and tuna (there just very easy to eat)......i supose tho if you cant do the above then the whey will be better than nothing...

    Have u tried adding spices to the eggs like pepper, garlic, mustard, ketchup, salsa to change the taste???? As for the tuna maybe the mustard or the salsa might help....lol

    I guess I should have mentioned I hate mayo and mustard more then tuna lol
    I can give salsa a try on the eggs maybe
