I hate egg whites and canned tuna. I gag at the thought of it. Tuna, I will throw up. I already asked someone about this and they said to substitute it with something else so here it goes.
Is it ok to have 1-2 scoops protein (isopure zero carb/25g pro per scoop)
with 1/2-3/4 cups of ground up oats as a meal instead of eggs or tuna? i would onle be drinking this about twice a day. I know real food is better but I cant do the eggs or tuna.
tha would be about 38g pro and 40g cabs and 5.5g of fat.
I can add fish oil to it to up the fat im missing from eggs
