meal 1. 1 cup of natural oatmeal with 1/4cup raisins, orange juice with 4 liquid egg whites. 1 bannana. 25 gram protein shake.

meal 2. around 8ounces of chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, 1 baked potatoe, 1 cup of green tea.
meal 3. 2 tilapia fillets with brown rice(maybe a orange), glass of fat free milk
meal 4...need suggestions
dinner. 8 0z chicken breast with 1 fillet of grilled tilapia, 1 cup brown rice, 1 sweet potatoe.
