I've been eating 6-7x/day religiously now for the past 15 years. I'm currently 247 lbs fairly lean, I couldn't help but wonder how my body would react to cutting back to 3 meals/day for the next couple wks. Or possible 3 food meals plus a protein shake? I know all about the whole 1-2 grams/lb of bodyweight deal, and everything else. I'm just speaking in terms of throwing the body for something new and different for awhile
