Hey guys, I'm just going to list what I eat on a daily basis and hopefully some of you can tell me what I should take out or add in. So here it is:
meal 1: 1 scoop whey, 1 tbsp pb, 4oz banana, 100g egg whites Drop the whey, PB, and banana - add 2-3 whole eggs and 1/2 cup oats
meal 2: 2 cups vector cereal, 1/2 cup oats, broccoli No protein here. Drop the cereal and add a lean protein - chicken, fish, lean beef, turkey, etc. For variety, maybe drop the oats and do brown rice or sweet potato/yam
meal 3: (PWO) whole wheat wrap with brown rice, 4oz grilled chicken, lettuce If anything, meal 2 should look more like this. Drop the wheat wrap though. For meal 3, your PWO meal should be a whey shake + 1/2 cup oats.
meal 4: 1 whole wheat multigrain bagel, half cup tuna, 2 fish oils drop the bagel and go with brown rice or yam/sweet potato
meal 5: 1/2 cup almonds, veggies Need to add a protein here
meal 6: vector energy bar, multivitamin drop the bar, make this protein + fat meal
meal 7: 3 large eggs with veggies Drop the eggs and go with either a casein shake + 2tbsp natty PB, or lean steak
Note: I am currently cutting for summer.
