Fish in general. I live off egg whites, tuna, and salmon fillets.

Salmon, walnuts, pecans, almonds, brown rice, broccoli, tomatoes, greens - none of these are high protein/low fat. The rice is all carbs. Salmon and the nuts are all high in fat (albeit good fat, but that's not what the OP asked for).

What you CAN eat for lean protein: lean ground turkey or turkey breast, chicken breast, lean ground beef or lean steak (top round, sirloin), bison, tuna, tilapia, flounder, mahi mahi. There are many others, but these are probably most popular.

Not really. Lowfat cottage cheese has 5g of sugar per serving. Whole milk cottage cheese has 2g and about 1/3 of its caloric value is from fat.

Eat lean red meat, flaky white fish, Swordfish/mako, shellfish, chicken/turkey breast

That really depends on where you come from mate. Where I live sugar is not added to the low fat versions.
