I couldn't believe it.. I've lost about 2 inches in waist..
my wife did 7 site bf caliper check and she's a certified bf measurer or whatever so I just wanted to post this on here.. I am surprised I haven't lost more actual weight but I'm getting stronger and getting more reps with more pounds..
running 50% pro 25%fat 25%carb diet at about 2200 cals/day... Hitting 60min low/moderate cardio in am on empty stomach and doing 45min total body circuit 3x/week and taking 1 day off. Tryin 2 get 2 12% bf so I can start 1st ever cycle test e 500mg/week x 10 week
before I started this routine I was on of those guys who never did legs but I think that's helping alot as well.. Just wanted 2 give mg1228 props 4 his diet advice the guy really knows his stuff... Have a good day guys...
