    Need to reach a level of lean

    Alright I am 26 yo, 5'11" 185lbs and 11.5% BF. I am running 50mg of stanozolol (oral) per day (I know you guys are not big fans of winny only cycles but lets get past that and just help me out pls). I am also taking ECA stack twice per day at a ratio of 32/300/85. I have gone down from 190lbs and 13% BF in 1 week...I would like to get down to 7-8% while preserving as much muscle as possible (I have been there before but I was only 165lbs---too small for me).

    Any help would be greatly appreciated...

    Diet:

    7AM- ECA, Empty stomach low intensity cardio -55mins

    8AM- 40 g Whey Isolate, 40 g Dextrose
    (40/40/0)

    10AM- 3 cans of flavoured tuna
    1 tbsp flax seed oil
    (42/6/20)

    12PM- 2 Chicken Breasts
    1 Cup Spinach
    1 Multi-Vitamin
    (50/8/4)

    2PM- ECA, Stanozolol

    PWO- 40 g Whey Isolate
    80 g Dextrose
    (40/80/0)

    6PM- 2 Chicken Breasts
    1 Cup of Cooked Brown Rice
    1 Cup of veggies
    (50/50/6)

    B4 Bed- 40 g Whey
    1 tbsp Flax seed Oil
    (40/0/14)

    Totals: Protein- 262 g Carbs- 184 g Fats- 44g Calories: 2180

    On days I dont do cardio in the morning, I drop the whey/dextrose in the AM and have 1 cup of egg whites with 40g of oatmeal. For my workouts I do 45 mins of heavy weight training (pretty intense) and 30 mins of low intensity cardio afterwards.

    Sorry but cant help you out I am learning also all about this diet stuff.But I do have a question about winny only cycle you are taking.I also have some winny in the house & you must of read on here also that winny alone is no good.The question I have is do you have any side effects from it that everyone talks about on here????? Thanks

    after re reading your post isnt 5 pounds in a week, fast enough for you


    Lower the carbs at 6PM , I dont know how active you are after 6PM or when bedtime is either. I think 2 shakes on the days you do both cardio and workout is fine.

    Maybe a different type of fat than just Flax seed Oil.

    If you have been taking the same ECA for a long period try changing the formula drastically for a few days

    thanks a lot for the help guys! also sanman I have had no sides from the winny...my left knee that I injured a months ago is a little sore a night. But other than that I love it

    didnt quite understand the first part. so u mean to tell me that u lost 5 lbs and 1.5% BF in one week. no way! has to be water weight. my body shifts about 5-6 lbs a week. its prob water bro
