Alright I am 26 yo, 5'11" 185lbs and 11.5% BF. I am running 50mg of stanozolol (oral) per day (I know you guys are not big fans of winny only cycles but lets get past that and just help me out pls). I am also taking ECA stack twice per day at a ratio of 32/300/85. I have gone down from 190lbs and 13% BF in 1 week...I would like to get down to 7-8% while preserving as much muscle as possible (I have been there before but I was only 165lbs---too small for me).
Any help would be greatly appreciated...
Diet:
7AM- ECA, Empty stomach low intensity cardio -55mins
8AM- 40 g Whey Isolate, 40 g Dextrose

10AM- 3 cans of flavoured tuna
1 tbsp flax seed oil

12PM- 2 Chicken Breasts
1 Cup Spinach
1 Multi-Vitamin

2PM- ECA, Stanozolol
PWO- 40 g Whey Isolate
80 g Dextrose
(40/80/0)
6PM- 2 Chicken Breasts
1 Cup of Cooked Brown Rice
1 Cup of veggies
(50/50/6)
B4 Bed- 40 g Whey
1 tbsp Flax seed Oil
(40/0/14)
Totals: Protein- 262 g Carbs- 184 g Fats- 44g Calories: 2180
On days I dont do cardio in the morning, I drop the whey/dextrose in the AM and have 1 cup of egg whites with 40g of oatmeal. For my workouts I do 45 mins of heavy weight training (pretty intense) and 30 mins of low intensity cardio afterwards.
