ok guys its time i really get my diet in check so im gonna put down what i normally eat a day and see where im going wrong because i cant gain weight, please note i dont eat non-halal foods.

been going to gym over 3 years.
goal: 182 pounds in 2 months (it can be down)
not intrested in getting huge like a bodybuilder, i just want to bulk up/look stocky
morning at 8am: a bowl of cereal, 1 banana and orange juice.
11am: 3 scoops of protien shake
afternoon at 12pm: pasta with cheese and 1 banana
2pm: 100g of dry roasted peanuts and small bottle of milk
3:30pm: protien shake
5pm-6pm: gym (protien shake after gym)
7pm: 5 jacket potatoes with cheese
9pm: pasta
11pm: 5 potatoes again then go sleep.
i do drink water throughout the day aswell.
i am gonna start taking TEST E/DBOL in a months time, i have already planned it out to run the cycle. But at moment i need you guys to help me in what else can i add into my diet. thanks
