Diet consists of on low carb days which is monday n teusday n friday rougly 2000 calories and on regular days around 3000-3500 calories. i usually eat about 6-7 times daily here goes my routine... i also take multivitamins and omega 3's
Low carb days:
1: 4 egg whites, 2 yolks, 1/2 cup oatmeal
2: 8oz turkey, spinach
3: workout then 50g protein mixed with 8oz skim milk and 2tbs flax seed
4: 10oz chicken, 1/2cup oatmeal or potato
5: 8oz turkey, spinach
6: 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 serving almonds this meal is usually before bed
Regular day:
1: 6 egg whites, 2 yolks, 1 cup of oatmeal
2: 8oz of fatfree ham and mustard on wheat
3: 8oz chicken and a potato
4: workout then 50g protein mixed with 8oz skim milk 2tbs flax and 50g malto
5: 8oz turkey, 1 cup oatmeal
6: 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 serving almonds and 25g protein mix
sometimes i throw in a snack in between if im hungry just pop some turkey or ham in my mouth to curve cravings till the next meal. critique please
