    Honey on Cottage Cheese for night???

    I am on week 5 of my first cycle (test cyp and dbol ). I m getting pretty tired of drinking casein powder for night, switching to cottage cheese. the cottage cheese i get is not the liquid type that comes in the sour cream cans but the real deal from cosco.
    I add almond butter to it and organic honey. Will the honey do any damage during the night??? u know like causing insuline spike and fat storage???

    well... there's cottage cheese, and sour cream. they're two different things.
    so it's good that you're eating cottage cheese, and not sour cream. lol
    2nd, yes, honey will cause a bit of a spike in insulin . use honey POST workout. If you want your bedtime shake to be a little sweeter, add some splenda.

    Try this shake, just blend everything together and it taste amazing:
    1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
    1 cup water
    1 scoop ON Choc Casein
    1-2 tbl. spoons natty pb or almond butter
    1 dash of cinamon
    3-4 ice cubes

    You can think me later after you try it

    alittle honey wont be that bad as it is actually one of the best things for ur body in every medicinal way ie - ur organs will love it even if it is alit bit bad!!!

    This is what i do an it is wkd.

    Blend ur cottage cheese down with a little splenda and some vanila extract

    get 7 tupaware pots and pot up 7 for the week

    when u want 1 take it out the fridge n add some frozen blueberries.

    If you know what licking the lid on a muller corner yoghurt it tastes just like that.

    As said b4 its like a cheat meal but it isnt
