ok, i posted a few times before. but i have recently been at some combines so i havent been back on. so here is what i've been eating.
11am meal 1-cereal ether weaties and a muffin, or special k, flax pills 3
1pm meal 2- half of a subway chicken breast sandwich and some baked lays chips
3pm meal 3- the other half of the subway sanwich with the layes baked chicks.
5pm meal 4- grilled fish veggie's, baked potato and toast
7pm-?
1 hour work out
9pm?
11pm?
...the only reason i work out at 7 is because i get off work at 7 so its after that. but i work from 11-7 10-3...everyday at 2 different nite clubs.... so guys help me out with perfecting it.
and maybe a good plan to follow in the gym. i can work out 5-6 days a week..so thanks any help will be appreciated.
