I am thinking NO is the answer , but is it OK (good for you) to eat raw white potatoes post workout for a carb boost. I am thinking your body probably doesnt absorb them very well. I ate cold raw tatter's all the time as a kid, and prefer them over baked.

How about Yams, I have one in the fridge,but havent tried one yet , how would they be raw, how do you cook them?

Avocados .....I have tried one, it was raw and the taste to me wasnt good, but not BAD, its not something I would enjoy eating again though , should I have eaten it differently.
