    Body opus diet

    I want to start the body opus diet but I'm a little confused about it, can someone please help me??

    Okay, I'm really confused. Can someone please help me?

    So far I've figured out that I need 688 cal from protein and 1607 cal from fat. Can someone please help me with a outline of a diet?
