Dude, why start 3 differen't threads asking the exact same question? Have some patience. If you want more input, just bump your original post, don't start another one.

If you want advice and don't seem to be getting it, send a PM to some of the mods or vets who have demonstrated they can get into that type of condition (MikeXXL, Silverfox, Dr. Derek, Alevok, etc...).

Not implying anything at all bro, I'm not blind or stupid. I've seen your pics and I would have to be blind or stupid not to realize that you possess the knowledge it takes to get into that ultra ripped condition. My intent was to point out to the thread poster that A) It's ridiculous to start 3 seperate threads asking the exact same question, and B) That there are "OTHER" guys here at AR who can offer relevant input and advice.
