    Post workout nutrition

    All rite been reading rambos unnoficial how to cut guide
    He says post work out 40-60g protein and double in carbs (50% maltodextrin and 50% dextrose) now measuring this out when your on the move alot during the day is hard would a whey protien shake and the correct measurements off maltodextrin and dextrose powders be good enough?

    I try to keep it simple. Either whey and oats or whey and fish oil......jmo....

    Any advice on non lifting days?
    im a spinn instructor so need some sort of energy was thinking 2 100g measurements of sweet potato through the day to keep energy up like one mid day and one an hour before my spinn class starts?
