Just like to know is it possible to lose body fat & my weight not dropping as fast?????? I know I am losing around my stomach area because I tried on a pair of pants that I couldnt fit into about 2 yrs ago.Plus that dreaded love handles are getting smaller...lol.But just weighed myself today & the scale says I lost only 2 pounds in about 3wks.My diet couldnt be any stricter &
I uped my cardio to 45 to 50 mins a day.Thats why I hate weighing myself on the scale.So is it possible to lose the fat faster then the weight???? Thanks.
