1 tbs of dextrose= ? grams of carbs
Can someone please help me figure this out. I looked through a few databases and could not find out how many grams of carbs are in a tbs of dextrose?
Yea, I'm sure this is pretty basic but I need to know. I'm trying to figure out exactly how many carbs I'm taking in my post-workout drink.
Thanks...Usualsuspect

A little help here...I buy my sandwich bag packaged dextrose from a local beer maker and it has no nutritional label on it. Been using a tablespoon but want to know the exact carb intake.

I buy pure dextrose and it's got 75 grams of carbs/ 1/3 cup, so you probably need to be taking in a little more than a tablespoon.

1tbls =15gms
5and1/3 tbls =1/3 cup
so it is roughly 1tbls=15gms
funny you asked cause i did a search on this one night trying to figure out the equivalents of dry weight. but it turned out to be about 15gms per tbls
or you can take a table spoon and empty it into a 1/3 measuring cup then divide the number of scoops by the carb total in the cup.abstrack@protonmail.com
