meal 2 6.00am- pw slin shake 65g pro 90g carbs
meal 3 7.30am whey shake 2 packets oats (60g carbs)
meal 4 10.30am 300g chicken breasts 2 tablespoon natural peanut butter
meal 5 12.30 - 300g lean burger patties 2 tablespoon natty peanut butter
meal 6 15.00 - whey shake with olive oil 2 tbls
meal 7- 18.00 - 300g steak with 1 tbll peanut butter
meal 8 21.00 - whey with 2 x tabl macadamia nut oil
rough macros :
carbs - 200g - 800 cal
protien - 455 - 1820 cal
fats - 150 -1350 cal
total cal - 3970 cal
BMR - appr 3200 with training 5 days a week
all carbs centred around training , all fats 4 hours after slin shot.

i do run gh and t3 throughout
my second question was , i never do cardio when bulking , i was considering adding 3 x 45min sessions a week in, yes no ?
