    fat wtf

.For the first time in my life my belly is starting to expand. Does this look like just bloating or fat? Maybe I'm gaining too quickly, but it seems like the fatness is growing faster than the muscleness

I took a look - i'd rather see your diet in the format we all use - i.e. listed time of day, pre-workout, PWO, with macros listed as P/C/F/total calories. I/we can help you better that way.

For starters, the white rice sucks - drop it!

whats the goal here ? all we know is you getting fatter from your diet ? need to know the overall goal to help put you in the right direction ...

I personally think your eating to many carbs ... but thats just me, i maintain 200lbs on half that amount...

liek I said im trying to bulk as clean as possible. If you eat half that many carbs, do you make up the rest of the calories with healthy fats?

Probably a 50/50 split of carbs/protein. However, another thing i'd look into first is your TDEE - 3300 sounds high. Can you take me through a typical week of yours? You must be extremely active to have a TDEE that high.... i'd look into it before doing anything else. I'm 5'11 @ 180-185 (depends on the day) and my BMR is 2000, TDEE is around 2500, but I'm not very active at all other than going to the gym. I hope you're moving around all day long to be 1000 calories over me.

If you're gaining fat relatively quickly, i'd suggest dropping back and eat AT what you think your TDEE is right now - in other words, drop 200-300 calories, readjust your macros to fit, and see how you do then.

I work as a cook in a hot kitchen and Ive always been an ectomorph. I went on a 4500 cal diet last summer with only slight gains. Maybe my metabolism is finally slowing down at last.

Yeah youre right about the white rice i should switch to brown at least.
