    Egg Whites before Morning Cardio

    I usually do my cardio first thing on an empty stomach. I do this as this is what I find works best for me in terms of fat loss. I used to take a scoop of protein and a scoop of BCAA's right when I woke up but i want to sub in egg whites instead of the scoop of whey. Any probs with that? Helps with hunger pains!

    If you are cutting then keep it on empty. Maybe try a cup of coffe black. If hunger ia an issue try getting up 30 min earlier. Maybe bangle a pc of toast in front of you so you get even more outa your workout. Lol! I wouldn't eat it will prob mess up you eating schedual. Stick w a low carb whey it absorbs really fast, low gi, and your blasting out of bed with good bcaa. And its a lot faster to make.

    ok, I just wondered as egg whites and low carb protein powder have roughly the same calories, so I didnt think it made much difference...and dangling a piece of toast is good advice LOL.
    I figured with as long as I stuck with the scoop of BCAA I would be covered but guess will just stick with the whey, thanks
