    Diet tips please

    I am 5'8" 165lbs 20%bf. I really dont eat that much. ie(bowl of cheerios with skim milk for breakfast. A sandwich with whole grain bread a lean meat, and usually a yogurt for lunch. Supper is usually some sort of chicken dish with cooked veggies)
    I cannot afford to eat very expensive. My family of 4 has around $75 a week to spend on food.
    Any suggestions on how to get lean (dietwise)?
    I have not worked out in over a year. I plan on going back very soon. Thank you all, gentlemen.

    First off you'll want to use http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/ and find out your BMR, thats how many calories you use when you figure that out go here http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-ca...dict-equation/ and figure out how many calories you burn per day which would be your TDEE. I've read for loosing weight to stay between 500-1000 calories lower than your TDEE (I'm not no expert tho). Once you have your TDEE check this thread out http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=75729 its a sticky on how to plan out a diet. I found it pretty damn helpful. I went with a diet that is 40% protein, 40% carb, 20% fats. I used excel to plan it out too, made it super easy.. good luck.

    Dont know much about diets but I know you are starving yourself!!!!! Not enough food!!!!!
