I am 5'8" 165lbs 20%bf. I really dont eat that much. ie(bowl of cheerios with skim milk for breakfast. A sandwich with whole grain bread a lean meat, and usually a yogurt for lunch. Supper is usually some sort of chicken dish with cooked veggies)
I cannot afford to eat very expensive. My family of 4 has around $75 a week to spend on food.
Any suggestions on how to get lean (dietwise)?
I have not worked out in over a year. I plan on going back very soon. Thank you all, gentlemen.
