Carb rotation
I am starting a carb rotation diet- 3 low,1 high, 2 low, 1 high.....
My goal calories to cut are 2600 a day
My low carb day will be
Calories-2609
Fat-98
Carbs-140
Protein-240
I am wondering how my macros should look on high carb day???
Calories-2600

I just asked so other people would know what to work with, I'm currently trying to formulate a carb-cycling diet too...except my routine would consist of 4-5 low carb days, followed by one high carb day.
My only problem - trying to find out the best way to break down my macros, meaning should I break it down by dieting at 20% deficit lower than TDEE on low carb days, or X grams p/c/f per LBM, or???
So whoever answers, please answer both our questions - not trying to hijack your thread..but we are interested in the same topic...

I've considered something similar, but a bit different. I'd eat 500 above TDEE on workout days (M, T, Th, Fri) at a 40/40/20 split, at TDEE on Wednesday with carbs no higher than 100g, and 500 below TDEE on the 2 consecutive non-workout days (Sat and Sun) with carbs again being no more than 100g.
Not sure how solid this is yet, will need tweaking, but I think it makes more sense than simply rotating days randomly.

I was wondering the same thing..should I adjust caloric intake on workout/non workout days....or even on the high carb days....should i eat more calories also that day?
